1. Standard Return Policy – 14 Days

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@acerka.com or call 866.6.ACERKA within 14 days of delivery.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items – Final Sale

Please note that custom-made or made-to-order furniture items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

This includes items with:

  • Custom dimensions

  • Personalized finishes, fabrics, or colors

  • Special design modifications

We encourage customers to review all custom specifications carefully before placing an order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue to info@acerka.com

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
