Soft Geometry

Designed by Kar Duran, the Kara Sofa combines a low, generous profile with rounded upholstery and a visible oak base. Three broad seat cushions sit beneath softly curved backrests, while the outward-curving arms and inset side cushions create an enveloping silhouette.

Stone Beige upholstery gives the sofa a warm, softly textured neutral finish, contrasted by the natural warmth of its short oak legs. The raised base leaves a slim band of open space beneath the seating, balancing the fullness of the cushions with a lighter visual foundation.

Kara offers a relaxed focal point for contemporary living rooms and lounge settings. Its flowing curves soften an architectural interior, while the clearly defined seating and restrained wooden structure give the design a composed, welcoming presence.

Care Instructions
  • Fabric: Keep your fabrics looking their best by addressing messes and spills soon after they occur. Brush off dirt and debris before it becomes embedded in the fabric. The quicker you clean spills, the easier they can be to remove. Blot (don't rub) liquid spills with a clean, dry cloth. For oil-based spills, apply an absorbent such as cornstarch, then remove with a straight edge. Spray on a mild cleaning solution of soap and water or use a multi-purpose fabric cleaner. Rinse the fabric thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
  • Wood: For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Wipe in the direction of the grain. Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent spotting. Avoid exposure to extreme conditions: Do not place furniture or accessories near heating sources or air-conditionedspaces. When cleaning the surface, always work in the direction of thewood grain. To prevent color differences, do not place furniture or accessories in direct sunlight.
