Rhythm in wood

Designed by Valerio Sommella, the Dista Sideboard is defined by broad wood panels, softly rounded corners, and a contrasting inset top. The full-height cabinet fronts create a steady vertical rhythm, while the restrained outline gives the piece a substantial architectural presence.

The Natural Oak finish lends a light, warm character, emphasizing the grain across the doors and side panels. Narrow gaps between the fronts bring definition to the composition, allowing the wood surfaces to remain the principal visual feature.

Dista offers concealed storage and a long surface for lighting, decorative objects, or serving pieces. Its clean geometry makes it a versatile addition to dining and living spaces, where it can anchor a wall arrangement without relying on ornament.

Care Instructions

Wood: For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap. Wipe in the direction of the grain. Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent spotting. Avoid exposure to extreme conditions: Do not place furniture or accessories near heating sources or air-conditionedspaces. When cleaning the surface, always work in the direction of thewood grain.
